Anyone know anything about congenital pseudodarthrosis of the tibia and neurofibromatosis?

My son has pseudodarthrosis and there is a chance that he has neurofibromatosis. He is 4 months old. Any moms out there that have little ones with the same condition? What to expect, look for?
