Enabling DMZ for xbox 360?

I want to enable dmz to improve the internet connection/lag on my 360. I have a linksys WRT160N router. under dmz i have 2 options; Source IP address where i need to either select the "any ip address" option or manually type in what i believe to be an ip address than it says "to" ___ giving me a possible 3 numbers. the second option says Destination where i can either select IP Address (it alrede has my ip address listed on there but with an extra blank for a possible 3 numbers) or select MAC address (if it means MAC as in macintosh i dont use that). So what do i need to do to enable dmz which option do i pick? also give me ne other info i need to kno about enabling dmz for my 360 i alrede kno that port forwarding needs to be disabled, n tell me if this is correct-->i also need to type in a static ip address which i get from the DNS servers, and give me ne other information i need to know about enabling DMZ!
