What are the cutest trendy ( close toed) shoes?

I don't really wear close toes shoes unless they are tennis shoes. I prefer heels that are sandals but need some that are close toe to wear with twill pants or other dress pants, what would go with this type of pants? I like at least a three inch heel or a little higher as well. Cute not frumpy looking. Any ideas, thanks so much!
