Isn't forestry responsible for climate change?

A lot of people are saying that climate change is caused by cars and stuff like that but forestry companies cut a lot of trees with chainsaws and other types of machines that use gasoline. Trees filter the air from carbon dioxide (CO2) and releasing the oxygen from the compound. All those machines and tools that they use replace the trees with more CO2. Should the blame be targeted towards forestry instead?
