How to get that dancer's elegance?

I've been dancing spanish dances for about three years now, and i get the steps and stuff, but there's something about the way i dance that doesn't seem elegant. Like the way that flamenco dancers or ballet dancers or any dancers have that elegence to them. How can i get that?
