Is it bad if i trap myself into a world with my bf?

usually when im with my bf i dint wanna deal with anyone else but him, and for example when we are at the mall i don't feel like going up and ordering something because i don't wanna talk to other people, its like we are in our own little world.but if i do have to talk i will but i get nervous idk y and i get really parannoyed and territorial when other girls walk by us or are just around i just automatically give them dirty looks and wanna kill them idk why, im not like this as much with anyone else.also im kind of selconsciousus around my bf, like if leave for the washroom and come back if hes facing me while i walk back i get nervous and keep tugging on my clothes. its like im more insecure and snooty with my bf, bushouldn'tnt having a bf eliminate those issues? what can i do to change.
