How long does it take to get your FOOD STAMPS or EBT card after you fill in papers?

lol!!!! you can "make it ok" with self employment, but you want MY money to feed yourself? that's rich...reminds me of a joke...a man walks up to another man in Las vegas,..he say's, "pal, my wife is sick and needs a operation, all I need is 500 dollars and i'll have enough for her surgery" ...the man says "how do i know you're not just going to walk into that casino and gamble it away?"....the other guy says.."NO, NO, NO, you don't understand,,...I've GOT gambling money!!"...btw, if you can't afford to feed yourself, WHY ARE YOU PAYING FOR A INTERNET CONNECTION??????
