My hair is really REALLY thick , How do I get asian like hair?

I hate my hair I can never get it wet w/o it getting puffy and me look stupid. I want asian like hair REALLY bad! I had my hair blowed dried out and everytime I do, It goes back to puffyness 4 days later I take good care of it but I really want asian hair! I know it can't help against my hair getting wet, But I atleast want it to LOOK good. Any ideas?
