My boyfriend hasn't called me in over a week. Would it be fair to end it in another week after no contact?

I'm 19, he's 20, so this isn't a cutesy junior-high school courtship type thing. We've been in a relationship for six months. I've tried calling him, but I'm getting tired at this point. Anyway, it's been kind of rocky these past few weeks, so it wouldn't be too much of a suprise if he wants to end it. Should I give him another week?
