Michigan MIP second offense?

Our 16 year old daughter was hit with her second MIP in a little over a year. Her probation for the first one ended only about four months ago. Does anyone know what she might be facing this time (we live in Michigan) ? As a side note, this second incident caught us off guard. Everything seemed to be going fine with her. We had a lot of problems with her behavior in the past, but things appeared to be turning around.
