Is "Tamiflu" an over the counter drug, or do you need a script for it?

Not that i have the flu, ...yet...but i was reading up on neuraminidase inhibitors and this was mentioned as one of the most used and effective drugs against the flu. So, do you need to get a script for it, or is it otc?
