I just finished converting a VBR to a CRB, Do I know convert that CBR(avi) to dvd & burn?

I used G-spot to determine an avi file i had was a vbr(which I heard causes the dvd-r) to go out of sync.....I then converted it from vbr to cbr using virtual dub....WHATS NEXT ? CONVERTING THE CBR(AVI) TO DVD FORMAT SO I CAN BURN IT TO DVD-R W/O SYNC ISSUES?
